Studio & Community Manager

For our new studio in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, we are looking for people who want not just to supervise — but to help shape it. People who can create an atmosphere, who are open to trying out new things, and see health not as a dogma but as a personal journey.
Your impact:
- You greet our members with honest warmth and ensure a smooth check-in
- You introduce new users to our smart EGYM devices and explain how the Hale.Now workout experience works
- You are actively involved in further developing processes and making our studio better — day by day
- You maintain the atmosphere in the room and support our customers holistically and sensitively
You're a good fit for us if:
- You are passionate about movement, self-care & holistic health
- You enjoy being in contact with people and empathetically accompany them on their journey
- You recognize when something could go better — and get involved
- You enjoy designing structures and bringing fresh ideas
- First experiences in customer service are nice to have, but not a must — we'll show you everything you need to know
- German and English? Neither is a problem for you — you feel comfortable in both languages and can communicate securely.
- Flexibility: You are flexible during the week and are not limited to classic 9-to-5 times. Assignments on a Saturday or Sunday are also suitable for you
location: Berlín — Prenzlauer Berg
working time: Part-time/full-time in a flexible shift system (studio opening: 7 days/week, 12 hours each)

Studio Care Taker
WANTED: Mini-job taker for our Hale.Now studio!
Would you like to work in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere and make our community happy with your positive vibe?
We're looking for support for *8 hours per week*. Your working hours would be: 5-6 days/week (approx. 1.5 h/day). You have the freedom to manage your time.
Your responsibilities include:
✨ Maintain order and a feel-good atmosphere
✨ Clean and organize the beverage station
✨ daily minor basic cleanings
✨ Make our community feel at home with us!
Interesting for whom?
It's best to live right around the corner from one of our studios, be an early riser lark or a night owl person. It is important to us that you are reliable, have good energy and complement our studio team perfectly! It is best if you live close to the studio and also tell us your preferred studio location in your application. German language skills are preferred, but not required.
